A few exits south of the Wildomar yard on the I-15. Every Temecula cover is engineered to the city’s published 97 mph, Exposure C criteria, and we already work the Permit Center on Main Street — including HOA packets in Harveston, Redhawk, and 92590–92592.
About fifteen minutes down the I-15. Murrieta sees roughly 95 days a year above 90°F; aluminum covers fall outside the city’s wood TD-126 handout, so we supply the engineered package and already know Building & Safety at 1 Town Square — Bear Creek, Greer Ranch, Four Seasons included.
North end of the map since 1992. Eagle Glen, Dos Lagos, and South Corona take inland heat and Santa Ana winds through Temescal Canyon. Home Gardens, El Cerrito, and Temescal Valley mailing addresses are often county parcels — we confirm that before we quote.
Not a city. ZIP 92596 is unincorporated, so the permit goes to County Building & Safety. Open valley lots off Domenigoni, Highway 79, and French Valley get little marine relief. We pull those county permits from the Wildomar yard just west of you.
Engineered to Menifee’s 95 mph, Exposure C criteria. Sun City, Oasis, and west-side 55+ communities run architectural review on top of the city permit. Typical permit band sits with Temecula and Murrieta. We handle both gates.
Two reviewers on almost every cover: the City of Canyon Lake for the building permit, and the POA for architectural approval. The yard is minutes west of the gates. Lake, hillside, and courtyard lots are three different shade problems — we sort that on site and build both packets.
NOAA 1991–2020 August highs near 98°F, and the lake is a wind machine. Lakeland Village and Horsethief Canyon can share a Lake Elsinore mailing address and still be county parcels. We look at the lot, not the letterhead.

The permit is what changes: about $700–$800 in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, and Hemet; $1,000–$1,500 in Wildomar, Corona, Canyon Lake, the City of Riverside, and unincorporated Winchester.
