Structural Lifetime Warranty
The Company guarantees that all aluminum components used in the patio cover installation are free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the Client’s ownership of the covered property. This structural lifetime warranty ensures that the aluminum components will maintain their structural integrity under normal use and weather conditions. In the event of any eligible structural defect, the Company will repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost to the Client.

To help significantly reduce heat, CeranamelTM XT40’s cool pigmentation reflects U-V. Rays skyward, in the process, providing a much cooler setting. Our exclusive paint system, the guidelines set forth by the Cool Roof Rating Council. It is also an approved Energy Star Product.

Ten-Year Repair Warranty
The Company further provides a ten-year warranty for any necessary repairs resulting from installation-related issues or workmanship errors. The repair warranty covers labor and materials needed to rectify any problems that may arise within ten (10) years from the date of installation. This warranty ensures that the Client’s aluminum patio cover remains in optimal condition and free from defects caused by installation errors
Warranty Exclusions
Aluminum Expansion instances are expressly excluded from this warranty agreement: The warranty does not cover any natural expansion or contraction of the aluminum components due to temperature changes. Aluminum is subject to expansion and contraction with varying temperatures, which is a normal occurrence and does not affect the structural integrity of the patio cover.
Claims and Warranty Service
To avail of the warranty service, the Client must promptly notify the Company in writing of any covered issues. The Company will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, arrange for repairs or replacements as per the warranty terms. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original installation site and the initial Client.
Limitation of Liability
After a period of ten years, the warranty shall include the warranted parts but excludes labor costs. The Company’s responsibility under this warranty is confined to the repair or replacement of any faulty aluminum components and any necessary repair work directly associated with the patio cover installation. It is important to note that the warranty does not extend to cover any consequential or incidental damages beyond the scope of the aforementioned repair or replacement.
Governing Law
This warranty agreement shall be governed by the laws of Riverside County, California.
Entire Agreement
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client concerning the aluminum patio cover installation and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
By proceeding with the installation, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this warranty agreement. The Company aims to deliver exceptional products and service and assures the Client of its commitment to customer satisfaction through this comprehensive warranty.
